From small courtyards and residences to commercial, resort and estate
settings,
Site Design provides the knowledge and background
to bring your project to its fullest potential. The design process maps
out the landscape solutions that best meet all the necessary criteria
including: site, exposure, architecture, neighboring development, budget
and client preferences. A complete, high quality landscape design provides
the insight and direction for a long lasting, functional landscape.

Landscape design is where the entire landscape project begins. Initially,
the goals and preferences of the client are defined and recorded by use
of a complete checklist of topics and landscape issues. From this input,
the concept plan is developed.
The concept plan, which is general in scope, is presented to the client
early in the design process. This provides the client an overview of design
direction and an opportunity to comment.
|
 |
Upon completion, the landscape plan is reviewed with the client, at which
time implementation and contractor selection is discussed.
Site Design can recommend quality landscape
contractors to bid on the project. The designer will meet with the selected
contractor for the layout of the project, and can provide complete project
management services, if desired.
